“I Feel So Lonely Without My Spouse”.   For many people, marriage provided emotional and physical closeness.  It probably seems so difficult to adjust to living without those pieces in your life now.  You may be struggling with a profound sense of loneliness.  You may even be considering dating as a way to counter your loneliness.  How do you determine when you’re ready to develop a one to one relationship with the opposite sex?  Come to share your ideas and experiences up to this point.  We’re looking forward to seeing you!

“Valentine’s Day:  Losing The Love Of Your Life”.  Love is in the air, and you cannot avoid all the songs and signs of couples in love.  TV and radio ads highlighting Valentine’s Day serve as painful reminders that the love of your life is no longer here.  We’ll discuss how to manage (or how you managed) Valentine’s Day as well as explore how you can come to love yourself in a healthy way.
